For three days only, we're celebrating Singapore cuisine with this national treasure of a dish. The pop-up menu will also feature Nasi Lemak with beef rendang. Food available from 10am until stocks run out - and going by previous pop-ups, that could be as fast as a couple of hours, so come down early so you don't miss out!
THE POP-UP MENU
** Hainanese Chicken Rice (riced cooked with Pandan and Chicken Beroth), house-made ginger paste and the Hood's signature Sriracha.
** Nasi Lemak: Coconut based Rice, with beef rendang, koropok (fried prawn crackers), ikan bilis
[Vegetarian version: Sayur lodeh (curried vegetable stew like lontong)] served with Coconut Rice

ABOUT THE CHEF
Felyn Tan is a 3rd-generation Hainanese Singaporean who's lived in Paris for over a decade - her grandfather (first generation) used to run a Kopitiam in Singapore. Felyn is an enthusiastic foodie with a passion for cooking and experimenting with mixed food cultures.
